Sandy and Jeremy are related through marriage, Aunt and Nephew (Jeremy being the Nephew). We are opposites in just about every area. From the obvious: gender, age, hairstyle; to lifestyle: Sandy and her husband live in the city while Jeremy and his wife live in the country; to the trivial: Sandy prefers a pub table, Jeremy a bar stool; and on to the controversial topics like politics, philosophy, and religion.
While hanging out together with our respective mates in aforementioned pubs, we often spar with each other concerning current and “hot” topics. We occasionally take our discussions to Facebook. Recently our spouses convinced us to take our dialogue to a broader venue. And, SASSMEBACK was launched. Sometimes, here, we’ll share what’s on our minds without being provocative. But mostly we will fan the flames of those hot topics by expressing our opposite views.
